Shanel Fisher Hall MS, PharmD

Shanel Fisher Hall, MS, PharmD, is the satellite pharmacy operations manager at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL.

Dr. Fisher Hall earned her doctorate in pharmacy from Shenandoah University in Virginia and her Masters in Health Sciences, specializing in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) from the University of Wyoming.

Dr. Fisher Hall has been serving the Moffitt pharmacy team since 1998 and has pharmacy practice experience in the areas of malignant hematology, medical oncology, and bone marrow transplant with 13 years of experience dedicated to outpatient infusion pharmacy operations at Moffitt.
