Pick up your passport at the NCCN Exhibit (#54). Travel through the Exhibit Hall (Astor Ballroom) and visit any six table tops. Fill in the company names visited. Drop off the completed form at the NCCN Exhibit (#54) to receive a free gift while supplies last. Polling and Q&A During Educational Sessions
All educational sessions will provide the opportunity to participate in Q&A with the presenters, and several will include audience polling. These portions of the program are facilitated through the virtual event platform. To participate in polling and/or Q&A sessions:

  • On your laptop, tablet, or mobile device, navigate to the session you are currently attending on the 'Agenda' tab in the 'Sessions' drop-down menu on the top navigation bar.
  • Click the corresponding yellow 'Attend Onsite' button

We recommend bringing devices fully charged and/or a personal battery pack as power supply is limited in the room. Microphones will also be available in the meeting room should you prefer to pose a question verbally. 


Food and Beverage

Meals, snacks, and beverage stations will be available in the Exhibit Hall (Astor Ballroom).

  • Registration snacks: Friday (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM EDT)
  • Welcome Reception: Friday (5:30 PM - 7:00 PM EDT)
  • Breakfast: Saturday (7:00 AM- 8:00 AM EDT)
  • Lunch: Saturday (11:40 AM - 12:40 AM EDT)
  • Beverage stations: Friday and Saturday (All-day)
  • Snacks: Friday and Saturday during designated break times 

NCCN is committed to reducing and eliminating single-use bottled water consumption at meetings and events. We encourage attendees to bring a reusable water bottle. Hydration stations will be available throughout the Congress.
