Diego Rodriguez MSN, RN, OCN

Diego Rodriguez, MSN, RN, OCN, is the Senior Regional Nursing Director at City of Hope National Medical Center. Diego has 15 years of experience as a registered nurse, and his professional background is focused on oncology, which he started as a staff nurse and progressed into leadership. He currently supervises five ambulatory clinics across Orange County, California.

Diego focuses on healthcare quality improvement, excellent patient and family experience, and leading, developing, and elevating the nursing profession. He authored the Cancer Center Pandemic Guidelines, tailored to the needs of ambulatory cancer clinics. His insights were featured in an article titled “Cancer has no Gender," showcased in Oncology Nursing News, highlighting his commitment to advancing oncology care.
