Company Biography

The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs and Research Training (OPART) provides support and advocacy for the professional and academic needs of Mayo Clinic research students and fellows. Its goal is to develop future leaders in biomedical research and education by focusing on the recruitment and retention of research students and fellows as well as their career development while at Mayo Clinic. Designated as a comprehensive cancer center by the NCI, Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center is defining new boundaries in possibility, focusing on patient-centered care, developing novel treatments, training future generations of cancer experts, and bringing cancer research to communities.
