Stacy Pak PharmD, BCOP

Stacy Pak, PharmD, BCOP, is a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist in outpatient hematology at City of Hope National Medical Center.

Dr. Pak received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Loma Linda University. She went on to complete her pharmacy practice residency at University of Southern California Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center and Hospital in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Pak is credentialed by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties (BPS) as a board-certified oncology pharmacist.

Dr. Pak has been practicing at City of Hope since 2011 and was actively involved with the implementation of outpatient CART-cell therapy and bispecific antibodies at the cancer center. In her current role, Dr. Pak works with an interdisciplinary team to optimize drug therapies for patients diagnosed with hematologic malignancies. She also acts as a liaison between the Department of Pharmacy and physicians, nurses, and other health care providers to develop and implement treatment plans for patients receiving anti-cancer therapy and supportive medications.
