Rosemary Conder NP, MSN, APRN

Rosemary T Conder, FNP, MSN, APRN, is a Nurse Practitioner in the Division of Oncology, Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Utah School of Medicine. She currently works at the Huntsman Cancer Institute. Although her main area of interest is breast cancer, she has expertise in all areas of hematology and oncology.

Ms. Conder earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Utah through the Family Nurse Practitioner Program in 2002. She has worked as an NP in Oncology since that time.

Ms. Conder is board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Prior to working as a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse since 1983, and has worked as an NP in oncology since 2002.

Ms. Conder co-coordinated an educational series and support group for women with newly diagnosed metastatic cancer. She also co-facilitated a system of patient referral for genetic counseling and testing for cancer patients.

She has served as a member of the Ethics Committee at the University of Utah, and a member of the Institutional Review Board at St. Marks Hospital as well as the University of Utah. One of her most valued accomplishments has been working with both medical students as well as a preceptor to NP students, many of whom found the experience a good fit that sparked an interest and currently work in oncology.

Ms. Conder currently practices with Dr. John H. Ward, who serves as a member of the NCCN Breast Cancer Panel. Although they focus on breast cancer, Dr. Ward and Ms. Conder see patients with many malignancies and hematologic diagnoses. Their practice is involved in a number of clinical trials that they can offer their patients.
