Ronald S. Go, MD, is Consultant in the Division of Hematology, Department of Internal Medicine and Associate Professor of Medicine at Mayo Clinic.
Dr. Go grew up in the Philippines and attended medical school at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas and Hematology-Oncology fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota. Prior to joining staff at Mayo Clinic, he practiced community hematology for 13 years at the Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
His clinical interests include monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance, thrombotic microangiopathy, immune cytopenias, and histiocytic neoplasms. He is the chair of the Core/Consultative Hematology (a.k.a. benign hematology) disease-oriented group in the Division of Hematology and also the chair of the Mayo Clinic Histiocytosis Working Group.
Dr. Go serves as the Chair of the NCCN Histiocytic Neoplasms Panel. He also serves on the JNCCN Editorial Board.
