Robin Kate Kelley, MD, is a Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Department of Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and a member of the Molecular Oncology Program at Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center (HDFCCC).

Dr. Kelley earned her medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where she also completed an internal medicine residency at UCLA and served as Chief Resident. She subsequently completed a fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at UCSF.

Dr. Kelley serves as the Co-Chair of the Gastrointestinal Oncology Site Committee for HDFCCC and leads the clinical research program in hepatobiliary cancers. She serves as the Principal Investigator of many clinical trials in hepatocellular carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma. She also leads and collaborates in a variety of translational research projects in hepatobiliary cancers and is the Principal Investigator of the UCSF Hepatobiliary Tissue Bank and Registry. She serves as Chair of the HDFCCC Data Safety Monitoring Committee.

Dr. Kelley holds leadership roles in national and international organizations dedicated to hepatobiliary cancers, including serving as Chair of the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation's Scientific and Medical Advisory Board. She also is a member of the Governance Board of the International Liver Cancer Association and the National Cancer Institute's Hepatobiliary Cancer Task Force.

Dr. Kelley is a member of the NCCN Hepatobiliary Cancer Panel.
