Kimberly Bell, RN, MBA, is the Executive Administrator of Cancer Services for the Cleveland Clinic Health System, responsible for strategic development, business growth, and operations management to include financial and quality standards. Her oversight includes The Cleveland Clinic main campus, 10 regional sites, 2 national and 1 international practices. A focus on performance management through continuous improvement tools and shared leadership has driven success throughout the organization. Kim has 35 years of experience in leadership within the healthcare environment.
She is a member of the Case Comprehensive Cancer Center and the National Comprehensive Cancer Network. She also sits on many leadership boards related to the care of the underserved population within Cuyahoga County. Her strong passion for providing care to the underserved and reducing disparities of care resulted in a partnership with Dr. Harold Freeman to bring his patient navigation model to the local and regional communities in Cleveland to improve overall cancer outcomes She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and dual Master Degrees in Business and Healthcare Administration.
