Kathryn E. Hudson MD

Kathryn E. Hudson, MD, is Director of Survivorship for Texas Oncology, as well as a practicing hematologist and oncologist in Austin, TX. Dr. Hudson strives to improve the supportive care and quality of life of Texan cancer survivors and also prevent cancer recurrence. She also is a member of the US Oncology breast cancer research committee.

Dr. Hudson received her medical degree from Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania. She completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She completed fellowships in clinical research and Medical Oncology and Hematology at Duke University Medical Center.

Dr. Hudson has been published in peer-reviewed journals on topics including patient reported outcomes, quality of life of the cancer patient, and cancer therapeutics. She is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the Texas Medical Association.
