Julie E. Chang, MD, is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Department of Medicine and Division of Hematology, Oncology, and Palliative Medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.
Dr. Chang is a leader in the Lymphoma Clinical Research Program and has a particular interest in novel drug development in lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). She has been Principal Investigator in several investigator-initiated studies in CLL and mantle cell lymphoma, evaluating novel combinations of drugs and therapeutic assessments in these disease settings.
Dr. Chang is a member of the NCCN B-Cell Lymphomas Panel and is the Clinical Director of the Auditing Unit of the NCI-sponsored Cancer Prevention Clinical Trials Network/Data Management and Coordinating Center (DMACC).
Dr. Chang earned her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. She completed her residency in internal medicine at University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, where she also completed her postdoctoral fellowships in hematology and oncology. Dr. Chang is board-certified in hematology.
