Halle C.F. Moore, MD, is Director of Breast Medical Oncology in the Department of Hematology and Oncology at Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Institute. She is Co-Director of the Cleveland Clinic Comprehensive Breast Program, and is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. Dr. Moore is also a member of the Population and Cancer Prevention Program at Case Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Dr. Moore received her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University. She completed her internal medicine residency at University Hospitals of Cleveland, and completed her fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She is board-certified in medical oncology.

Dr. Moore’s clinical expertise is in the medical management of breast cancer. Her research focuses on breast cancer treatment and issues related to cancer survivorship. She was the lead investigator and author of the practice changing New England Journal of Medicine publication of the POEMS study demonstrating a method for protecting ovarian function during chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer in young women.

Dr. Moore is National Co-chair for the SWOG Cancer Research Network’s Survivorship Committee. She also serves as a member of the NCCN Survivorship Panel.
